I knew this was going to be a hard one, my run trainings weren’t going so well late weeks. Could really keep up my schedule. At the start I felt rested out, eat something and then it started. I kept a slow pace because I would use this as a fun training I run around 5:30 the whole time and it was my plan to keep it with a steady heart rate. for the rest you can’t tell much about 20km, it’s a run that is quickly over, just follow the path, you don’t need to keep yourself on a eat and drink schedule because it’s over before you know it.
